Our property maintenance services include:
- Cleaning – weekly, fortnightly, monthly or upon request.
- Gardening services – Focused Solutions can provide grounds maintenance for small and large properties. Including hard landscaping.
- Fire Safety and Maintenance – Managing all your fire safety systems such as fire alarms, AOV, fire suppression, Dry risers, sprinkler systems.
- Emergency Lighting – We can check the emergency lighting on your property. All emergency lighting systems must have monthly function testing and a full duration discharge test annually, in accordance with BS EN 50172 / BS 5266-8.
- Gas Inspections and boiler installations – In line with UK legislation, we can carry out yearly gas inspections. Gas safety checks are carried out annually on each gas appliance/flue or on a change of tenancy. Focused Solutions can also provide service and installation support on residential and commercial boiler systems.
- PAT testing – Focused Solutions can carry out portable appliance testing. All landlords have to ensure that the portable electrical appliances at the property are safe; our technicians can do this for you, saving you time and money if there are any issues.
- Fixed Wire Testing – The Health and Safety Executive requires fixed electricals in buildings that are open to the public to be tested every 5 years. Our electricians test to identify any safety issues in line with the British Standards and Codes of Practice. This includes checking main panels, distribution boards, plug sockets, lights and air conditioning. Fixed wire testing involves electrical tests on all systems in the building.
